Connect for Life Carer Support Services provides a range of flexible respite and support options for carers and families of people with a severe diagnoseable mental illness, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and intellectual disabilities. The services has been established to address the impacts of caring. The aim of these services is to provide support to carers and families to maintain their caring role whilst make the transition to NDIS and is aimed at assisting you as a carer to sustain your relationship and to enhance your own well-being.
