Are staff qualified?

All our staff interacting with clients are qualified for their job role. They receive ongoing professional development and supervision.

Can anyone use this service?

Yes. If you normally live in the Perth metropolitan area and are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

How do I contact the service?

Phone Entrypoint Perth on  (08) 6496 0001 or 1800 124 684 on Monday to Friday from 9am – 7pm and Saturday from 9am – 5pm or complete our online Online Enquiry Form. For help outside these hours, click here.  Please note – if calling from a mobile, the 1800 number will incurr a fee.

Is there a fee for the Entrypoint Perth service?

There is no fee for using Entrypoint Perth.  However, if you are referred to an accommodation provider, they will charge rent and/or a fee for services provided.

Will I get accommodation?

Entrypoint Perth cannot guarantee you will find accommodation, however we will work through the options with you to find the best possible solution to your circumstances.

Will I get support to maintain existing accommodation?

Entrypoint Perth will make every effort to refer you to services that can provide you with the required support to help you.

Culturally/Linguistically Appropriate Service

Entrypoint Perth aims to provide a respectful and culturally sensitive service.  Interpreters are available on request.

Is this service private and confidential?

  • Our services are confidential
  • Confidentiality will be waived where there may be a threat to an individual’s safety or if a serious crime or threat against another person is disclosed
  • Entrypoint Perth is committed to ensuring that your information is protected and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 which sets out the standards for the way in which personal information must be handled
