Ngala Parenting Line offers phone advice and support to parents and carers of children up to 18 years old. The phone line is open from 8:00am to 8:00pm, seven days a week. Ngala Parenting Line also offers a call back service, where an online request to be called for information can be filled out via www.ngala.com.au.
