St Patrick’s Community Support Centre

St Pat’s is a specialist homelessness support service and community housing provider. Their services are aimed at people aged 16 years and over who are experiencing homelessness or significant disadvantage.

St Pat’s provides emergency relief, transitional, medium and long-term accommodation, access to health and dental care, crisis intervention and social inclusion and specialist support services, including mental health, alcohol and drug use, youth-specific support for young people aged 15-25 and Aboriginal support services.

Their outreach teams are predominantly based in Perth’s south metropolitan region, including Rockingham and Mandurah.

St Pat’s drop-in Community Centre in Fremantle provides meals, showers, social inclusion and other essential support for people experiencing homelessness.

 

Reception is 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Community Centre is open 7:30am to 2pm, Monday to Friday.
